​MEET CHUCK PADGETT

I am Charles H. Padgett, often called “Chuck”.   I live and work in Clarksville, Tennessee, which is a shared community with Ft. Campbell, Kentucky.   This is the home of the United States Army Military Base.   Over sixty percent (60%) of  real estate activity is involved in selling homes to the diverse military personnel.

I am a licensed education provider approved and licensed by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission for pre and post education requirements of Tennessee Affiliate Brokers.   My school is “Clarksville Real Estate Education School” in Clarksville, Tennessee. Our 60-hour pre-license course who qualified to take the exam required by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission.   At the present time over 90% of our graduates pass the Tennessee Real Estate Commission Required exam on the first attempt.

We offer the 30 hour correspondence course for new affiliates.   We have prepared and sell the required Tennessee Core Course for post-licensed affiliate brokers.   We offer this course both as in-class study and distance study.

I have prepared and offer other Six, four and Three  hour courses for post-licensed Tennessee real estate agents.I have the Tennessee required six  (6) hour Core Course for 2013/2014. We offer this course at a distance study.
